Makuri MAK-Hard Bimetallic Liners
Makuri MAK-Hard bimetallics are a range of cast and forged wear liners that utilise an extremely hard metallic wear surface bonded to a mild steel backing that provides a more convenient fitment method and drastically increases toughness of the liner. Our cast bimetallics are able to be manufactured in any shape or thickness required, while our forged plate material offers a superior alternative to common chromium carbide clad plates.
MAK-Hard bimetallics can outlast Q&T plate of similar thickness by up to 7x in some applications, but can be manufactured to any thickness required to achieve the required liner life.
